Provides local account leadership and strategic direction to the on-site Environmental Service exempt and non-exempt level staff (client and/or Sodexo employees) in the delivery of Sodexo Environmental Service programs. This position reports to the Operations Manager and will provide the overall direction of dining services at a large volume dining hall; will have oversight for a Chef Manager, a Service Manager and several Supervisors and hourly staff.
