  • Edit content for upper-elementary, middle-school, and high-school reading intervention programs
  • Assist with developing manuscript and digital content that adhere to research and program pedagogy
  • Review work of in-house and out-of-house writers and help guide all components through production process
  • Track editorial deliverables and deliver all work on time and within budget
  • Process and incorporate feedback from division stakeholders, including marketing, sales, senior management, and product services
  • Work closely with relevant departments, such as design, production, technology, and product services, in a collaborative and professional manner
  • Track content quality and maintain consistency and integrity of editorial voice and pedagogy
  • Calmly and dilligently juggle multiple results-oriented initiatives under tight turnarounds
  • Minimum 1 year publishing and/or teaching experience
  • Excellent and detail-oriented editorial skills, dedicated to high quality, and committed to improving the skills of students at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and manage complex projects with many stakeholders
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Adobe InCopy
