What You'll Be Working On-

  • Working with key business functional partners, plan, design, build and support system implementations which enable business process and information delivery success
  • Serve as the business functions' conduit to IT to address business process and information delivery changes and their impact on the organization's systems
  • Leads, mentors, and coaches business functional users in making appropriate business process and information delivery changes/decisions to deliver desired results
  • Develops project scope definition and detailed requirements
  • Collaborates with project manager to develop implementation plans to maximize allocation of resources, ensure timeliness of delivery and optimize technology solutions
  • Collaborates with project manager and architecture team to plan systems applications and resources to develop, test and complete programs
  • Collaborates with the project manager to provide effective project control by monitoring progress and providing appropriate updates to senior management
  • Adheres to established IT standards for system and applications architecture, configuration and documentation. Develops standardized documentation and policies for new IT solutions
  • Develops and implements methodologies, policies and procedures to ensure that systems and applications are in compliance with and consistent with Dunkin' Brands SDLC standards and IT Service Delivery tenets
  • Leads, manages or participates in key organizational IT initiatives, such as business continuity planning, IT audits, and asset protection policy development
  • Ensures that all processes and documentation are adequate and effective to meet specifications and audit requirements
  • Monitors customer satisfaction levels and maintain efficient and cost-effective services
  • Maintains productive relationships with business and IT colleagues. Promotes and executes Dunkin' Brand's IT vision

What You'll Need-

  • Bachelor's degree with concentration in IT or business required
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive, relevant IT experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of systems requirements and delivery experience.
  • Broad functional experience with the Oracle eBusiness' HRMS Application Suite (R12.1.3. preferred) including:
  • Human Resources Core
  • Advanced Benefits
  • Compensation Workbench
  • Talent Management
  • Learning Management
  • i-Recruitment / Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Manager Self Service
  • Employee Self Service
  • Oracle Time and Labor
  • Significant experience in solution delivery through all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) including: Requirements, Design, Build, and Deploy phases.
  • Experience using tools including MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint, TOAD, and SQL
  • Prior experience with BI tools like Cognos, Business Objects, OBIEE, or Discoverer is desirable.
  • Prior experience in the deployment and/or use of Noetix Views is desirable.
  • Prior technical experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite is a plus.
  • Prior experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite applications other than HRMS Suite is a plus.
  • Project Management certificate or proven experience using standard project management methodology
  • Practical experience in building business and technical requirements.
  • Some project based travel may be required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to meet common objectives through teamwork
  • Excellent verbal, written communications and presentation skills with an emphasis on being able to present technical topics in an easy to understand way for non-technical customers
