Job Description
Support and maintain a best in class a Client Communication Center of Excellence. Work collaboratively with business partners to ensure a positive and engaging experience with COE and client communications including consistency in messaging. Proactively improve existing processes to reflect changing external trends and internal organizational needs.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include writing original content that is client friendly and represents the brand. Proofreading and editing existing content that supports client communication initiatives across the organization. Ability to create project plans, identify key tasks and manage project timelines against tight deadlines.

Manage the Client Communications Center of Excellence workflow process from intake to completion. Responsibilities include working with business partners to ensure completeness of submissions, updating design structure as business evolves and develop metric reporting.

Review, refresh and maintain existing communications including proactively creating quality assurance processes to ensure content is updated and aligned.

Provide additional support for client communication projects as need including researching competitors communications, responding to mailbox inquiries, etc.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
3+ years relevant experience
Experience supporting projects including successful execution against tactics, timelines and gaining leader alignment
Strong written communication skills
Superior proofreading skills and attention to detail
Self motivated and ability to prioritize and work with a sense of urgency
