We are seeking highly motivated candidates for a Client Service Manager at a leading national analytical laboratory in Ormond Beach, FL. All qualified candidates send resumes to Andy Reed at awreed@apexlifesciences.com

Responsible for technical leadership and the development of client service staff in the Ormond Beach, Tampa and Pompano Beach facility
Provides leadership and guidance to project management and sample receiving department
Serves as the interface between customers and laboratory management to achieve customer satisfaction with delivery of analytical results within budget, on schedule and to the requested level of quality
Works with Sales/Marketing personnel to help meet customer’s needs and expectations
Develops customer relationships and resolves customer satisfaction issues
Communicates with QA, laboratory operation staff and GM regarding customer requests and project requirements
Promotes cooperation and teamwork among staff
Prepares reports and manages large-scale complex projects
Follows policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
BA or BS in science related field or BS in Business Administration required with 5 years project management experience in environmental field
The individual should be self-motivated, ambitious, hard working, and able to work independently with an eye for attention to detail
Must be able to multitask efficiently and work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Physical requirements include, walking, bending, and carrying
Must have hand and finger dexterity, and the ability to lift 15 lbs
Current and applicable computer skills

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with possible evenings weekend hours
