Job Description:

The Client Support Specialist is primarily responsible for coordinating activity, communication and requirements for assigned accounts for our National Recruiting Team. Provide analysis for client required reporting and in house reporting to assist industry leaders in growing the business. Coordinator will also act in the capacity of liaison with various departments and branches including Accounting, Compliance and Legal. In addition, the Client Support Specialist will manage various administrative tasks relating to accounts in support of field sales leaders.

Job Requirements:

  • Onboarding new agents
  • Terminating agents
  • Issuing corrective action
  • Meeting with agents regarding attendance and performance
  • Conducting yearly performance reviews
  • Meeting with site leadership
  • Managing time approvals
  • Addressing agent concerns
  • Updating agent information
  • Working with site leadership on incentives and events
  • Maintaining and updating Excel reporting sheets

Experience/Education:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role with sales support experience preferred
  • High School graduate or equivalent a must. BA/BS degree considered a plus
