Want to take your construction, and operations and maintenance expertise to the next level to work on tough projects that will make a huge impact on the nation?  Parsons is now hiring an experienced Constructability and O&M Technical Specialist with heavy industrial/oil and gas projects experience for our Federal Business Unit.

 

 

Parsons' extensive experience in this field, combined with your construction knowledge, will propel your career forward with opportunity for advancement with top performance. We need our Constructability and O&M Technical Specialist  to be versatile, enthusiastic to work in highly flexible, team-oriented environment and who have exceptional communication, analytical and management skills. 


Our Constructability and O&M Technical Specialist  will be expected to complete a wide variety of difficult construction assignments from Design through Construction and Operations.

 

The ideal candidate will have a  track record of becoming thoroughly familiar with required contractual obligations and technical aspects of all facilities to be erected.  In addition to construction supervision, the ideal candidate will have a track record of being successfully responsible for field administration, procurement, and field engineering with a proven track record of developing construction schedules during Design phase with emphasis on estimating and schedule.  

 

 

This is for a marquee, 5 year  Design/Build project with our Federal Business Unit. Expected completion date is end of 2022.

 

US Citizenship is required.  A National Agency Check will be required.

 

 

 

Applicants selected for employment will be subject to a Federal background investigation and must meet additional eligibility requirements for access to classified information or materials. 

 

 

 

** NO Relocation assistance/NO sign-on bonus will be available for this position.

 

 

 
 
 
Qualifications:
 
  • 4-year degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management  or a construction-related field. 
  • Minimum 15+ years of construction management experience in multi discipline Design/Build projects in heavy industrial/oil and gas required
  • Proven track record of success  in developing and executing the construction schedule of multiple  major Federal  projects required
  • Experience and Expertise with Primavera required.
