• 3 - 8 years of business experience or equivalent that includes a consultative role
• Highly analytical and capable of accurately developing and managing related analytics, reports, and metrics
• Systematic approach that enables quick identification of issues for related areas of responsibilities leading to quick and valuable insights
• Synthesizes own analysis and quickly provides insights and accurate conclusions.
• Creatively designs develops and adapts to new tools, methodologies and approaches for analysis and data management with an eye for replication and/or expansion
• Masters and effectively leverage existing tools, methodologies & approaches
• High energy, flexible and adaptive with the ability to work well in a very fast paced and unpredictable environment
• Advanced written communication skills including experience with preparing client ready documents as well as structuring and developing presentation materials
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience working and communicating directly with senior executives and staff
• Excellent verbal communication capabilities including concisely presenting information and adapting the level of detail to the audience
• Proactively offers information, insights and escalates issues
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office including advanced PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with data analytic tools and databases to synthesis and analyze very large datasets quickly to provide insights
• Openness for up to 100% travel Monday – Friday.
