Job Overview:


We are seeking a talented full-time Content Strategist to help us engage with members and potential 3rd party partners. As a Content Strategist, you will be working alongside Content Director, Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer, and IT team to create and publish client-facing content across a variety of media channels. The candidate must be social media savvy, and with experiences working with Hubspot and Google Analytics is preferred.


Job Responsibilities/Duties:


  • Support editorial team in daily tasks: blog, social media posts, newsletter content curation and external communication.

  • Liaise and coordinate with team members on editorial and marketing campaign

  • Pitch and deliver editorial content.

  • Proofread and edit content to ensure a consistent voice; Ability to write with proper grammar and free of spelling errors is a must.

  • Factcheck and conduct extensive research to ensure accuracy.

  • Create content strategy for multiple platforms to support marketing initiatives

  • Cast and manage contributing writers.

  • Work closely with Design and IT team to align visuals with overall communication strategy and goals.


Job Requirements/ Qualifications:


  • BS/BA degree in Journalism, Communications, Literature, English or relevant field.

  • At least 3 years of writing and editing experiences for print or/and digital media.

  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.

  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Google Analytics, SEO and content management systems.

  • Creative thinker; cheerful and solutions-oriented team player.
