In one sentence

Responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating general commercial contracts under the supervision of Amdocs’ attorneys and client business executives and negotiation of statements of work, software licenses, subcontractor services agreements as well as managing the process from initiation to signature.

What will your job look like?

  • You be responsible for preparing, negotiating and managing various standard and non-standard contracts related to the sale of services and products to our customers, ensuring they comply with business requirements as well as corporate policy.
  • You will demonstrate excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
  • You will work to streamline work processes & leverage best practices and standards across the unit/ projects.           
  • You will interface and work with customer business executives, financial analysts, legal and project team focal points; as well as with our customers and vendors.
  • You will work collaboratively and serve as a trusted advisor to the unit's stakeholder's and other functions, providing essential contract support/consultancy ensuring that the business and operations of the unit are running on the specified cadence and adding value to unit's leadership discussions.

All you need is...

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in contract management with contract review, negotiation and drafting.
  • Extensive experience with professional service agreements and software licensing is preferred.
  • Excellent negotiating, drafting, problem solving and communications skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with management and operations personnel, simultaneously manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with consistently high quality work product.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor’s degree in general business a plus.
