Description

Nutraceutical company in Orange County seeking a Customer Service Specialist that is responsible processing complaints for externally manufactured products.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and enter customer purchase orders.

  • Manage Finished Goods (FG) Inventory.

  • Provide weekly status reports to the customer.

  • Monitoring materials effected by phase in/out projects.

  • Assit with Customer web based portal where necessary.
  • Obtain customer forecasts and provide to planning team the second week of each month.
  • Resolve any payment issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Strong Excel skills.
