  • Execute Cycle Count and location audits for Hornell units and third parties, to ensure inventory accuracy and data integrity
  • Conduct review of cycle counts, bin audits against system reports, identifies discrepancies, researches, transactions and makes recommendations for action to reconciliation
  • Assures that all cycle counts are executed to plan and that associated investigation and recommendation for reconciliation takes place in a timely manner
  • Works with Manager of Cycle counts to identify process and/or procedurally issues that are impacting the inventory accuracy and makes recommendations for corrective and/or preventative action to be taken
  • Interacts with warehouse personnel (union and nonunion) to ensure defined processes are adhered to as well as followed consistently
  • Complies data, reports using JDE and SAP, as well as Microsoft Office applications, to clearly illustrate finds, trends, as well as, position/status at given periods of time
  • Benchmark, other Alstom sites, similar companies and identify best practices for internal implementation
  • Support new programs by becoming an active core team member to manage and promote efficient Cycle Count practices



  • Associates Degree (2 yr degree) in related field



  • 2 – 5 year’s experience
  • Experience in using JDE and SAP systems
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office programs
