About the Role

IPDN is seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing Coordinator obsessed with marketing automation, online user experience, social media and analyzing data. Working cross functionally, the Marketing Coordinator will execute marketing activities including, setting up email blasts, creating landing pages, updating the website, managing social media channels, providing analytics and updating calendars. The candidate must be familiar with HubSpot and Google analytics.

 

The ideal candidate is a hard-working, digitally savvy individual who can gain a deep understanding of the brand’s voice in order to further brand goals. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to help launch a new brand!

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Creating business rules, writing and setting up all email campaigns in HubSpot.

  • Developing and publishing landing pages to optimize lead flow.

  • Identifying appropriate segments and creating lists

  • Working with Editorial Manager and graphic designer to create all digital assets including promotions, email banners and landing page graphics

  • Producing content and materials, and implement campaigns across social media channels -- Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter & YouTube

  • Engaging members by responding to queries on various platforms

  • Uploading blog posts to the website a few times per week

  • Using analytics to gain an understanding of IAW’s performance and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Overseeing daily management of the website

  • Collaborating across internal teams to update the site for optimal user experience

  • Maintaining relationships with key contacts in the industry

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least 2-4+ years of experience in a similar role

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, HubSpot and Word Press experience is a huge plus.

  • Technically adept across various social media platforms and proficient in their unique practices

  • Prior knowledge of working with websites to make content updates

  • Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional collaboration skills, proven ability to form strong cross-functional relationships with varying business partners
