This position is responsible for leading the Cleveland Operations Human Resources function including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Workers Compensation, Data Administration and the Medical Department.  Direct accountability includes engaging in activities that support company initiatives and operational objectives.



  • Leads the implementation and execution of HR programs and processes to ensure the most effective utilization of human capital needed to maximize business performance
  • Ensures the effective execution of processes in areas of: Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and Employee Relations
  • Drive employee engagement activities to increase employee retention and engagement
  • Leverage data and continuous improvement methodologies to drive HR effectiveness
  • Mitigate organizational risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Act as a business partner to Cleveland Operations organization
  • Perform other duties as assigned



  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Management, Business or other related field. Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of Human Resources experience with at least 5 years of Human Resources Management experience (preferably in a generalist capacity)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Federal, State and Local employment laws
  • Experience with OFCCP and AAP preferred
  • SPHR or SHRM Senior Certified Professional preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
