    This position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER), Office of Surveillance and Epidemiology (OSE), Office of Pharmacovigilance (OPE), Division of Epidemiology I or II, located in Silver Spring, MD.

    Responsibilities

    As an Epidemiologist, GS-0601-14 you will:

    • Design, plan, and execute epidemiologic studies, analysis, surveys, and investigations relating to health or medical products safety concerns.
    • Serve as a project coordinator and recommend resources for epidemiologic process.
    • Prepare comprehensive written scientific reviews/reports for internal and external audiences.
    • Serve as a technical expert with respect to all phases of statistical interpretation relating to epidemiologic topics under consideration.
