Join our team as an Event Project Manager and help to ensure all events within the region are delivered successfully to the highest standard and in line with budget requirements and corporate strategies.

This is what you’ll do:

  • Work with our event agency partners and event leads to deliver a range of consumer events for target customer groups.

  • Play an active role in the development of each event plant, onsite execution of the plan and providing input into the Regional Customer Experience roadmap.

  • Provide guidance and best practice to our country level Customer Experience Leads in order for them to deliver successful, measured and cost efficient events in their markets.

  • Oversee the successful execution of all Customer events within the region; this includes liaising with event agency partners and integrating our event planning process with other areas of marketing such as Marketing and Communications, Digital and Public Relations.

  • Adhere to designated budgets and generate revenue that allows us to ensure a sustainable, fiscally responsible model is in place for all events.

  • Develop, measure and report on a consistent set of Key Performance Indicators for events to help understand each activity and to provide metrics for future event planning.

  • Play an active role in the Global Anniversary Event Team.

  • Utilize the Harley-Davidson Event Management Methodology in the planning and execution of all events and ensure that all event processes are correctly mapped.

Note: There are three positions available. One of these roles will be specifically focused on Motorsports (including Gas and Oil) related events. The Motorsports role will require a deep knowledge of riding cultures and the motorcycle industry.

Education Required

Bachelor's Degree Preferred.

Experience Required
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience

  • Proven budget management skills

  • Communicate fluently in English

  • Strong organization and planning skills

  • Excellent interaction, presentation and communication skills in dealing with a diverse network and influencing individuals

  • Effective leadership skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook


  • Experience of working across different cultures

  • Experience of working with a variety of external agencies

  • In-region languages would be an advantage
