Department Summary

The Communications Support role is responsible to support CEO/Executive communications and strategic events. It requires an extremely high level of attention to detail and ability to properly handle sensitive and highly confidential information. 

 

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for performing quality control process for executive and CEO communications for board of directors and strategic stakeholder audiences (investor presentations, board of directors communications, etc.). Includes tedious detailed reviews of all CEO communications (highly confidential in nature) for grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, syntax, etc.

Responsible for CEO/executive event logistics coordination & quality control. Includes logistical and detail support for all strategic events (evening Company related events, details for CEO leadership meetings, etc.). 

 

We’re looking for a candidate with:

  • Exceptional editing and proofreading skills; highly knowledgeable with proper grammar and punctuation.
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Extremely high attention to detail

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, English, preferred, but not required.
  • 2 years’ applicable experience

 

Essential Functions

Plans and conducts quality control to disseminate informational materials concerning the activities of the Company from the senior executive team. Is the final quality reviewer for executive-level presentations, email communications to high priority stakeholders. Develops the processes and standards to ensure high level of quality of critical communications from the CEO and senior executive team.

 

Logistics coordination on behalf of the office of the CEO for strategic events. This includes working with event coordinators, arranging event details, ensuring coordination among team working events and on-site event participation to ensure smooth flow/quality.

 

Hours and Travel

Meet travel requirements of the position. Work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime
