Responsibilities: The Division of Biomedical Statistics and Informatics at Mayo Clinic is seeking applications for a biostatistics faculty position with collaborative experience. The candidate will be responsible for leading the statistical component of multidisciplinary teams, interacting with collaborators across a broad spectrum of clinical and translational research, and advancing statistical research activities at Mayo Clinic.



Licensure or Certification: Qualifications include:
  • PhD in biostatistics or a closely related field
  • At least one year post graduate experience
  • Demonstrated collaborative research success, with statistical genomics, predictive modeling, or imaging expertise preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to publish in high-quality, peer-reviewed journals as first or senior author
  • Leadership experience, especially of a team of bachelors- and masters-trained statisticians, informaticians, or programmers
  • Experience presenting research at national or international forums
  • Flexibility, creativity and excellent communication skills
