IAW serves as an educational and social platform for its member in both the US and China by providing online education, exclusive industry content, and networking events to facilitate and ensure professional women's' success in their career and personal lives.


Job Overview:


IPDN/IAW is looking for a talented, creative full-time graphic designer to establish and develop brand identity. The graphic designer will work closely with Global Marketing Department to facilitate all marketing initiatives and launch IAW brand.


Job Responsibilities/Duties:


  • Develop brand identity in the forms of brochures, flyers, event promotion, offline and online advertising and website.

  • Execute the visual articulation (style and tone) of brand strategy, initiatives, objectives and goals through best-in-class design solutions.

  • Design engaging graphics and infographics for use on social media and web surrounding events and stories.

  • Update, edit and provide assets with corresponding specs to the tech team in order to make accurate changes on the site.

  • Maintain knowledge of creative marketing trends and best practices.

  • Execute and apply brand style guide elements, including logo, product branding, typography, packaging, photography and activation materials, ensuring consistency with brand positioning.



  • Minimum of 3 years in graphic design.

  • Experiences on print /template design, and print production experiences.

  • Design appealing marketing collateral to facilitate marketing initiatives and campaigns.

  • Photo selection and editing.

  • Experienced with UI design.

  • Ability to illustrate and or create artwork, prints, patterns, and graphics applied to product qualifications

  • Strong presentation skills.

  • Pragmatic with excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.

  • Demonstrates a high degree of flexibility within tight deadlines.

  • Capable of proposing and implementing various design solutions leveraging multiple design architectures such as grids, type, color, illustration and print formatting structures.

  • Ability to develop palettes: analog and digital.

  • Ability to illustrate in a specific style and or identify the medium of any illustration category and specific imagery within.
