Job Summary

 

We are searching for an HR Generalist to implement HR processes, tools and solutions and deliver HR programs and practices within an organizational unit, based on local business needs, in close cooperation with line management, HR Business Partner and in partnership with our HR Subject Matter Experts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Employee Relations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders by providing consultation/coaching and improve upon the effectiveness of leadership teams
  • Work effectively in in high volume/fast paced environment and be comfortable "rolling up your sleeves"
  • Conduct employee related investigations, such as attendance, policy violations, harassment, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global directives
  • Deliver and support ‘business as usual’ activities as required by the business areas and HR, such as the annual compensation planning, bonus process, talent review meetings, employee engagement survey, etc.
  • Strong project management skills; ability to lead projects and influence/obtain buy-in, and then drive execution and achievement of the correct results
  • Educate managers and employees on inquires relating to HR policies and procedures.
  • Partner Centers of Excellence and with HRBPs on HR initiatives to include talent development and acquisition, total rewards, workforce management, employee engagement and performance to deliver a robust people strategy

  • Proven ability to support and execute a wide variety of HR programs, change management, and roll-out of corporate HR initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

 

Minimum Experience and Education Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required
  • 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience, with 2 years in a senior role
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
  • Experience in high-tech industry is preferred

 

Travel:

 

  • Domestic travel expected to be 30% per month.
