About this opportunity:
Employee is expected to perform duties in alignment with the mission and policies of the organization, Performs duties in support of and in compliance with the performance improvement plan, JCAHO, and other licensing, accrediting and regulatory agencies. Responsibilities include large volume print jobs including flyers, binding, booklets, padding, color copies, and business cards. The job is 80% copy center and 20% mail room responsibilities.

Minimum 2 years experience in a mail room/Copy room setting. Must have knowledge of high-speed digital copiers with the ability to trouble shoot, maintain and make minor repairs to ensure copier integrity. Previous knowledge of form management and distribution. Knowledge in replenishment and ordering systems, Lawson experience preferred. Experience in form design and with an offset press required. Previous experience in mailroom operations including: postage rates, Bulk Mailings and Business Reply accounts. Highly organized with the ability to interact with and report to all levels of the facility. Lawson experience preferred. Graduate or equivalent preferred Training in High Volume Copier and/or Postage Machine, Materials System Lawson preferred. Excellent communications skills; ability to interface with hospital personnel; manage many projects at one time effectively. Position represented by CHEU.
