As the Manager, Digital Marketing, you’ll report directly to the Director, Demand Generation and will be responsible for the development and execution of the global digital marketing strategy.

 

We're looking for a proactive digital marketing manager whose primary responsibility is to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing strategy across all digital channels. This person is always thinking ahead will be the strategist and gate keeper for our website and social media presences and will have a strong writing and technical background.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Manager and administrator to all digital channels – website, social media, video hosting, web hosting, etc.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design and build our social media presence – Guru’s welcomed!
  • Create engaging digital content and marketing campaigns to drive demand generation that meets/exceeds the qualified lead targets to support projected sales growth goals.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (marketing ops, field marketing, communications, executive team, etc.) to implement global marketing programs, strategies, and best practices
  • Develop unique and differentiating ways to bring the Sitel brand to life
  • Work under the lead of the Director, Lead Generation to establish, monitor and review our digital strategies to ensure that marketing goals are aligned with key business objectives
  • Constantly research and find creative channels, properties, communities and technology to drive brand awareness
  • Raise awareness and enhance our positioning by consistently projecting on-brand messaging through all digital channels
  • Build, manage and implement a digital marketing calendar  
  • Help to develop marketing content to support our digital marketing activities
  • Establish timelines and oversee the timely development of all items within the digital marketing plan
  • Measure everything. Track and analyze program effectiveness to determine ROI and prioritize resources – You’re a Google Analytics sage!
  • Develop strong expertise in the customer-care outsourcing market
  • Have a grasp on ad serving tools – Terminus
  • A techy with a plan to keep their company ahead of the digital marketing trends
  • Plan, manage and balance the digital marketing budget -- strive for the best ROI
  • Excel at vendor management
  • Work directly with our internal Business Intelligence team to determine and prioritize the content needed to support our corporate web and social marketing activities
  • Ensure all activities adhere to the defined budget
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements

 

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in any of the following or related areas: Marketing, Advertising, Communications, etc.

 

Experience Target:

Minimum 4-6 years related experience in B2B marketing or global corporate marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience. Customer care industry experience preferred.

Knowledge/Abilities

  • Strong experience with content development and management preferred
  • Ideal candidate will have experience developing marketing content and with strong written
  • Has had previous experience building a GLOBAL SEO and SEM Strategy
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of web management tools – Server Management, WordPress including WPML, Hootsuite, Oktopost, Salesforce, Act-On or Related Marketing Automation tool, Google Suite: Analytics, Tag Manager, Paid Search, experience with Ad tools like Terminus
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Proven project management skills
  • Expert at analyzing, optimizing, and programmatically reporting on our digital performance against stated goals, whether it’s the performance of our social handles, landing pages, emails or engagement levels driven from trials and community
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to work well with professionals, senior managers, directors, etc.
  • Enthusiastic attitude, work well on teams and be able to adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment
  • High level of proficiency with various software applications programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other applications in the Office Suite

 

Special Certifications:

Google Suite Certifications preferred

 

Travel Required:

Travel will be required on occasion.
