Description

Responsible for developing and implementing EESCO’s digital marketing strategy.

Detailed Description

· Grows digital customer self-service from existing B2B customers, vendors, employees, thereby reducing costs to the overall business.

· Acquires and retains customers and maximizes their annual value.

· Maximizes margin.

· Develops and executes initiatives to increase adoption and usage of all electronic commerce channels including the websites, mobile, punch-out, EDI, and scan guns.

· Develops and implements a content strategy for our portfolio of websites and social media properties authoring original content, as well as sourcing content from vendors and other sources. Content should span the range of non-product description web content including video, whitepapers, articles, online promotions.

· Develops and implements and email strategy and program including list management, segmentation, best practices, tools, and execution of all eMail programs.

· Develops and implements online customer acquisition strategy and programs leveraging SEO, SEM, affiliates, price engines, etc.

· Develops a social media strategy, implements tools and processes, and directs/manages social media programs on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Blog, etc. in coordination with Corporate Communications and Marketing.

· Works with the VP, ecommerce and your counterparts in the WESCO ecommerce team, to develop and implement the ecommerce strategic roadmap.

· Works closely with WESCO and EESCO’s Marketing and Category Management teams to support WESCO’s company-wide Marketing strategy and campaigns digitally.

· Provides daily updates and management for our websites.Job Requirements

EXPERIENCE:

· 3 years direct work experience in a large-scale project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.

· 3 years digital Marketing Experience

· 3 years SEO, SEM and other paid traffic programs

· 3 years email programs, systems, social media programs, and best practices

EDUCATION:

· Bachelors’ Degree in Business or related required

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

· Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business objectives into online initiatives

· Ability to negotiate

· Analytically oriented and an inclination for determining ROI

· Positive, upbeat, can-do, professional and responsible attitude; independent and self-directed yet also team-oriented

· Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

· Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines

Working Environment:

· General Office – Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
