Job Description:

  • Collect data and information across multiple platforms and marketing channels on SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and prepare search results to the marketing team in order to help increase the brand’s visibility in SERP’s.

  • Provide market trend, marketing budget, company operational cash flow, overall market performance, potential business development opportunities that will guarantee prospective growths and expansion of the business.

  • Write business plan that includes industry overview, core advantages, company financial status, main products and services, projected business income etc.

  • Review and analyze the company’s current financial statement, sales trend, commission structure and marketing budgeting. Identify challenges and shortfalls in the current business model and increase marketing efficiency.

  • Determine the company’s position in the marketplace by researching competitors and analyzing their prices, sales, and marketing methods and summarize search results into a comprehensive SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threats) report. Use this information to determine potential markets, product demand, and pricing.

  • Develop communication reports to relay analytical insight to key stakeholders and departments.

  • Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to enhance reporting, performance measures, and explore opportunities to cross-sell services and support new customer acquisitions.

 

 

Key Qualities:

  • BS degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing Analytics or related field.

  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Quantitative analytics experience is a plus.

  • Strong quantitative background and familiarity with multiple research techniques and methodologies.

  • Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen (Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau etc.) .

  • Previous experience in agency or consulting firm is preferred.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand business problems, develop hypothesis, test and learn.

  • Must be proficient in using HubSpot, Salesforce or other major CRM system.
