Multimedia Specialist

 

Position Summary:

AGCO is currently seeking a Multimedia Specialist to join our Marketing team in Duluth, GA. The Multimedia Specialist is responsible for communicating and telling stories through the use of promotional video and photography, video and audio editing, graphic design, animation, scriptwriting and other forms of interactive media.

 

The Multimedia Specialist is a creative problem solver who will be responsible for leading the videography and photography content strategy and asset management for multiple brands. The Multimedia Specialist leads cross-functional projects, managing budget and project teams when appropriate, and acts as an expert resource for brand, creative and project management needs.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Video & Photography Production

 

  • Developing, managing and executing the video content strategy for all North American brands by working with brand managers and product teams to understand marketing and communication needs
  • Manage entire photo and video shoot process including but not limited to development of shot lists, on-site creative direction and archival of all photo and video assets
  • Manage the development of video content with external agencies and vendors including script development, TV spots, short and long form videos
  • Filming of internal and external videos including audio mixing, editing and basic motion graphics to support video content
  • Post-production editing to finish product release 
  • Manage pre-production through post-production work for all related projects, including the release/publishing of final files for proper use
  • High level of creativity and ability to collaborate to create innovative and compelling video to be used across the web, on mobile devices, and through social media
  • Manage complex projects to specific budgets and timelines. 

 

Asset Creation and Management

 

  • Ensure all final photo and video assets are named, packaged and archived correctly
  • Manage photo and video asset library with proper organization and tagging
  • Manage CGI work as needed, from collection of assets to development and final delivery
  • Manage publishing of video content to appropriate channels utilizing best practices
  • Ability to design graphics, icons and typography to support project needs
  • Managing library of videography and photography equipment

 

Must submit portfolio with resume for consideration

 

Required Qualifications

  • Requires working knowledge of all tools and technology related to photography, video production and editing. 
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, video production, editing, visual arts or related field  
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience with DLSR camera and related photo/video equipment
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing video content
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience producing and editing videos and creating basic motion graphics
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Expert knowledge of video software (After Effects, Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects with overlapping deadlines
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on storyboarding experience
  • Graphic design experience in a professional environment
  • Experience in a creative or production agency
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Experience with content/asset management software
  • Experience managing budgets

 

TRAVEL REQUIRED:

Position requires travel up to 30% annually to work at industry trade shows and events, product launches, photo and video shoots and dealer meetings. Travel is seasonal in nature and defined in advance.
