Description

We are currently seeking a part-time Office Clerk to be part of our Administrative team. The Clerk will be responsible for kitchen duties, setting up food and beverages for meetings, opening and sorting mail, delivering packages, lifting and moving heavy items, and other administrative tasks.  Must have extensive experience working with various power and hand tools, have good communication skills, be a self-starter and team player.   

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lifting and moving heavy items (i.e. large tables, furniture, filing cabinets, etc)
  • Opening large shipping crates and containers, and distributing items within
  • Prepare coffee
  • Maintain kitchen supplies
  • Clean kitchens daily
  • Clean out refrigerators
  • Set up meetings
  • Keep conference rooms clean and presentable
  • Sort and distribute mail and packages
  • Change light bulbs
  • Install keyboard trays
  • Miscellaneous office errands
  • Miscellaneous office repairs
  • Assist with deliveries/drop offs
  • Assist with maintenance activities
  • Assist with furniture assembly

Experience:

  • At least two years of experience
  • High School Diploma

Part-time Hours:

  • Monday through Friday, 8am to 1pm
