Leidos has a career opportunity for a Project Control Analyst to provide program support in Columbia, MD.

Position Overview:

The Project Control Analyst is responsible for planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting on projects of various contract type, size, complexity, and level of risk. The Project Control Analyst communicates and coordinates with all disciplines across the business including Program Management, Technical Staff, Finance, Accounts Receivable, Contracts, Procurement, and Human Resources. Responsibilities include:
*Implementing financial policies and procedures in support of large and complex programs
*Establishing and maintaining cost/schedule baselines and budgets based on program requirements
*Working capital activities such as invoicing support, ACRN reports, and accruals
*Developing and maintaining Estimates at Completion (EACs)
*Completing customer financial deliverables
*Providing revenue/forecasting projections and variance support
*Completing cost and profit scenarios and analyzing variances against the plan
*Communicating with the customer to ensure financial requirements are met
*Participating in proposals through cost and profit analysis, scheduling and RLN support
*Providing data and reports for program reviews and all levels of management
*Managing subcontractor hours and costs and addressing funding needs
*Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals
*Making significant improvements in program processes and implementing solutions to enhance results

*Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, and 8-12 years related experience
*Comprehensive knowledge of the Project Control Field and the ability to complete difficult and complex assignments
*Basic knowledge of multiple contract types: FFP, T&M, CPFF and CPAF
*Strong analytical, communication, and presentations skills, and the ability to operate independently
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly strong in MS Excel
