Rate: Salary is DOE, starting at $75K

Our growing client, a pharmaceutical / healthcare agency, has two openings for a Senior Account Executive to join their team full-time onsite in Northern New Jersey starting ideally this month, November 2017.

Agency experience as an AE is required and pharma experience, either from the agency side or in-house side, is also required.

Medical, legal, regulatory review experience is also required.

The Senior Account Executive will report to the Account Supervisor and will work on a team with 6-7 people, occasionally traveling locally to meet with clients.


Senior Account Executive Responsibilities:

Client Management:
• Provides quality management based on internal/external client expectations
• Assists and provides liaison with faculty / moderators
• Interaction with clients as directed by Account Supervisor or corresponding Account leadership
• Coordinates and participates in content planning call with faculty and/or key content experts and personnel
• Develops client agendas, status reports, and contact reports as required

Project Management:
• Responsible for overall management and delivery of individual client project assignments
• Works with Project Management to develop timelines and communicate milestones
• Executes projects according to timelines and budgets; manages the internal team accordingly
• Identifies possible red flags in projects and alerts team accordingly
• Modifies core project framework plans to accommodate customized project plans or client requests
• Prepares client contact reports and summarizes next steps for client interactions

Leadership:
• Function as internal team leader ensuring all members of the team work together smoothly and effectively
• Manages communication with key, internal personnel regarding initial and ongoing information and status

Financial:
• Contributes to the development of client proposals, budgets, and reconciliation
• Monitors budget including direct costs and labor costs; notifies the Account Supervisor of out-of-scope items and hours
• Assists Account Supervisor or similar client services role with the preparation and submission of applicable financial and forecasting reports

Departmental:
• Adheres to PhRMA, FDA, OIG, and ACCME guidelines
• Attends internal meetings with BD, Client Services, Meeting Services, Project Management, and other key personnel to discuss project status
• Ensure the highest standards of quality control of client materials and, as appropriate, develop best practice protocols for internal project teams to facilitate quality control
