Job Description

Responsible for the strategic development, budgeting and management of Youth Development programs on a national and regional level. Oversees the development, engagement, digital and fundraising strategies for programs focusing on the ages from 0-23 through field programs including St. Jude Trike-A-Thon, St. Jude Math-A-Thon, Team Up for St. Jude, Heroes, Jr., St. Jude PLAY LIVE, St. Jude Up 'til Dawn and all Greek partner fundraising programs for Tri Delta Fraternity and Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity.Responsible for annual revenue exceeding $26 million.

  • Oversees the Youth Development teams including youth and young adult demographics
  • Oversees the team that manages the national relationships with organizations including Greek partners, Varsity Brands, Scholastic, etc.
  • Works with Field Operations senior team to develop policies and procedures and to build out the youth platform
  • Directly manages the recruitment and cultivation of new partners
  • Reimages and relaunches some existing programs
  • Develops extensive analysis of assigned programs' short and long-term goals and what factors will contribute to or impede the ability to obtain those goals

Requirements

  • Knowledge of and proven experience in the youth marketing and engagement space
  • Requires thorough knowledge of general management methods within non-profit or for-profit
  • Must possess excellent diplomacy skills
  • Knowledge ordinarily acquired through Bachelor's Degree plus 8-10 years of experience in the field of fundraising and/or marketing including previous experience through levels of progressive management responsibility including supervision, budgeting, strategic planning, organizational development, cost control, manpower allocation, etc., and project management
