JOB SUMMARY: The Staff Consultant - Business Analyst will utilize their business process and application expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) to analyze and capture application system requirements and conduct business process reviews with clients. Using your functional knowledge and familiarity with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite of software, you will ensure that client business requirements are met while providing a variety of advisory services around project management, business process improvements, and implementation support. 

* Leads client meetings to gather business requirements, documents, and analyzes customer requirements.
* Help client stakeholders prioritize and evaluate business needs.
* Strategic thinking related to the business process to identify issues or opportunities.
* Assist in requirements definition to support data conversion from external systems.
* Work with our delivery teams and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into solutions.
* Participates in gap analysis from requirements gathered to solution proposed.
* Assist with testing, training, and system configuration activities.
* Develops test scenarios and test plans.
* Helps test and regression test the application.
* Participate in the validation of the solution, provides critical input regarding the readiness of the system.
* Assists Program Manager with day-to-day administrative duties, particularly related to daily standups, status meetings, planning sessions, project documentation, etc.
* Demonstrates a consultative approach by listening, documenting, identifying issues, analysis and providing recommendations.
* Learn, utilize, and promote the Arctic IT's Project Implementation Methodology
* Utilize Microsoft Visual Studio or other tools used by the delivery teams.
* Works with management to keep projects on schedule and recommend needed action to meet deadlines.
* Support Senior Consultants and Consulting Managers with various duties.
* Maintains currency on level of professional/technical knowledge.


* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
* 3+ years of business analysis experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience with a solid understanding of CRM entity and Object Model
* 3+ years of industry and/or consulting experience
* Skill in planning, organizing, and managing time across multiple tasks. 
* Skill in understanding customer business process needs and providing quality customer service.
* Experience with software development concepts and methodologies.
* Demonstrable experience in business process reengineering.
* Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both orally and in writing.
* Strong understanding of software implementation life cycle, project management, business process management, requirements definition, functional design, quality management, and change management
* Valid driver's license and insurance.
* Applicants subject to government security investigations and tribal gaming investigations and must meet eligibility requirements related to the clearance process.

* 1+ years of performing consulting services for Dynamics 365 (CRM) solutions.
* Skills in analyzing and transforming data in Excel. 
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation experience.
* Microsoft Office 365 experience.
* Team Foundation Server / VSTS experience.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The majority of work is performed in a professional office setting with a wide variety of people with differing functions, personalities, and abilities. Travel is required and varies around 25%.
