Solutions Associate, Investor Services
Position Description The Solutions Associate will work alongside the Global Head of Investor Services and Solutions, and the group's lead Global Portfolio Strategist for Global Real Asset Solutions, within CBRE Global Investors' $100+ Billion AUM Real Assets investment platform. Energy Manager
JOB SUMMARY   Reporting to the Senior Program Manager.  The purpose of this position is to manage and support the implementation of energy and sustainability initiatives for the TD Bank Account, as well as manage the day-to-day energy management needs of a large distributed retail and corporate network of 1,400 properties across the Eastern United States.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Responsible for identifying energy efficiency initiatives/projects, managing vendor engagement and developing business cases for presentation to the client.   Responsible for engagement with utility partners and/or vendors to secure rebates for all energy efficiency projects (if applicable).Engages with Facility Management and Project Management teams to refine energy efficiency project scope and coordination of project execution.Responsible for managing large data sets used for identifying and implementing no or low-capital cost saving strategies to reduce operating expenses.
