Hotels Advisory Analyst
JOB SUMMARYThe Analyst is responsible for assisting senior team members in gathering research market information required for the preparation of draft deliverables for a large set of clients within their division. Assists senior team members in various stages of analysis and preparation of deliverables. Assistance may include entering data in the property database, taking photos of the subject and comparables, and driving the neighborhood to gain a deep understanding of the subject's competitive environs and articulate these finding in report deliverables.
