Property Management Operations Analyst
Job DescriptionJob Title: Property Management Operations AnalystLocation: Raleigh, North CarolinaDate: January 2019 POSITION OVERVIEWResponsible for oversight of asset services business operations activities and financial support for the Directors of Property Management, Raleigh & Triad offices. Provides routine services and coordination of a variety of departmental and financial activities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides financial, logistical and operational support for the Property Management division. Works with Directors to identity opportunities to improve service delivery to internal and external customers. Supports actions for improvement and practical solutions as a recommended by management.Conducts analysis of monthly department billings compared to budget and agreements to maintain income controls and for management review.Reviews data reports including Income, EBITDA, pipeline and other business metrics. Analyzing income and expense trends to identify opportunities to improve profitability. Amending existing agreements as needed.Assign property number information for Accounting, inform management and accounting team of new properties and fees, and update database with new information or amending existing information.Create and upkeep master property list of all managed properties and calculate total square footage managed.Provide accounting a quarterly report of all properties won and lost within the quarter.Responsible for the review of data integrity across systems used by the department (Yardi, P2P, file servers, updated forms).
