Knowledge of nutrition care principles for acutely or chronically ill patients/residents within specialty areas (e.g., pediatrics, diabetes, cardiovascular). Excellent communication and counseling skills. Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian to come join their dynamic team at Clear Lake Regional Medical Center, Webster, Texas.  The position is a relief position and will require to work some weekends and holidays.    Position will report to Clinical Nutrition Manager and selected candidate will:Conduct nutrition assessments and provide diet education to patientsEducate patients and family members as well as facility staff in concepts of nutrition and diet modificationsDemonstrate excellent communication and customer service skillsComplete other duties as assigned by Clinical Nutrition Manager
