Location:Onsite - Dallas, TX Opportunity Who we are The Slab Sales Lead is responsible for maximizing profitable
sales volume by growing existing business, developing new relationships, and
providing a top-notch customer experience. This individual will work with sales
associates at all Ann Sacks locations to facilitate and support the sale of
Slabs nationwide.It is critical that the Slab Sales Lead consistently
delivers a gracious client experience and fosters strong community
relationships in the market. Success in the position will be measured by the
achievement of both individual and location sales plans. Professional growth

Specific Responsibilities
Skills/Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales
experience required with progressively more responsibility and a track record
of results is required along with consistent level of performance as a sales
professional meeting or exceeding objectives. Slab experience strongly
preferred. Strong preference given to
prior experience in interior or architectural design or luxury retail

Education: Coursework, certificate or degree in interior design,
business management, or marketing is preferred but not required. Candidates
with a variety of educational backgrounds and experiences are encouraged to
apply.
Software: Experience with Windows operating systems and intermediate
skills with MS Office suite are required. Experience with Salesforce or a CRM
program is highly preferred.
