Job Description:

A deep understanding of Unified Communications and Video Conferencing, VoIP/SIP technologies, network switching and routing, Cisco firewall. Excellent customer focus and support required.

Job Requirements:

  • Management and administration of current versions of
    • Cisco Communications Manager (CUCM)
    • Cisco Unity Connection
    • Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX)
    • Cisco Finesse
  • Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE)
  • SIP configuration and troubleshooting with service provider
  • Strong proven network analysis and troubleshooting ability
  • LAN and WAN Quality of Service
  • Proven ability to analyze network activity and network related issues to discover, troubleshoot, correct, and prevent reoccurrence of systematic errors
  • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain geographically dispersed, yet fully redundant, Unified Communications network environment
  • Video Conferencing infrastructure and end points
    • Polycom RP Collaboration Server
    • RMX 2000
    • RealPresence One
  • Excellent customer focus

Experience:

  • CCNP Voice/CCNP Collaboration preferred
  • 7 year’s experience in networking and voice communications systems; minimum of 5 year’s experience with Cisco VoIP systems
  • 3 year’s experience in Cisco Unified Communications technologies
