Job Summary
Comcast's Pricing Strategy & Analytics department is considered a Center of Excellence providing expert analysis and recommendations to optimize units/revenue for pricing/promotional/packaging related questions. Responsible for supporting all five core product arms (Internet, Mobile, Entertainment, Home Security, Home Phone) within the Xfinity and NOW portfolios and overall Go-To-Market strategies (including acquisition and retention offer pricing structures)Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Developing pricing and promotional strategies that align with overall business goals and support business case development
- Conducting in-depth analysis of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor pricing to inform pricing decisions
- Building and maintaining pricing models to forecast subscribers, revenue, and margin impacts of proposed pricing, packaging, promotions changes
- Assist in the design and development of research that contributes to building pricing models
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure pricing strategies support overall business objectives
- Continuously monitoring and adjusting pricing strategies & models to respond to market changes and ensure targets are met
- Forecasting and analyzing budget targets to ensure pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies are aligned with overall subscriber and financial goals
- Presenting key findings to leadership to help guide business and GTM decisions
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able tow work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
