Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable including purchase order creation, invoice verification, and account reconciliation, payment processing.
- Maintain analytical models in MS Excel to enable analysis and to monitor activities and control operations.
- Assists in the month-end close process including the preparation and submittal of monthly accruals and journal entries.
- Supports preparation of financial plans including annual budgets and monthly forecasts
- Ensures compliance with accounting policies and procedures and technical standards.
Experience:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or other relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong computer skills with advanced analysis capabilities utilizing MS Excel
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to build relationships
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience in Accounts Payable and Payments
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with Vendor Invoice Management systems
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $20.83 to $23.15 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
