Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, and catering services.

Dining & Event Spaces at Tamaya

• Corn Maiden: The resort’s signature farm-to-table restaurant, Corn Maiden offers an elevated interpretation of classic indigenous fare. With a menu crafted by locally raised chef George Silva, guests enjoy dishes inspired by the flavors of the region, prepared with refined techniques. The ambiance reflects the warmth and tranquility of a New Mexican pueblo home, creating a truly immersive dining experience.
• Other Restaurants: Offering a variety of Southwestern-inspired cuisine and locally sourced ingredients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food and beverage management. Ideally 4 or more years of progressive Hotel Food and Beverage Experience.
• Track record of creating and implementing new F&B concepts.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to innovate and drive operational success.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
