Step into a rewarding contract position supporting elementary students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the end of the school year. What you'll need to bring:
- Current BCBA certification and licensure
- Previous experience working in school settings, especially at the elementary level
- Strong assessment and intervention planning skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Collaborative spirit and a commitment to evidence-based practices
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and create tailored behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct support, coaching, and consultation to classroom staff and families
- Monitor student progress, collect and analyze data to inform interventions
- Participate in team meetings, IEP processes, and training sessions
- Develop resources and strategies for ongoing positive behavioral supports
- Remain available to staff for problem-solving and support throughout the contract, now through June 18th
