Summary

In the role of Commercial Service Technician you will be responsible for maintaining systems, troubleshooting problems, and making repairs.

Duties

• Basic diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial garage doors & related products.
• Perform preventive maintenance services.
• Maintain paperwork and records as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfactory service.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License
• Must have an acceptable MVR to be added to our auto insurance policy.
• Must have dependable, reliable transportation to and from our base office location.
• Previous experience in garage door service/installation or similar skilled trade

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous commercial electrical experience is strongly preferred - preference will be given to those candidates with direct experience.
• Experience in garage door service/install or similar skilled trade.
• Welding, OSHA 10, first aid, and/or CPR certification(s)
• Basic knowledge of construction and hand tools
• Mechanical Inclination

Work Conditions
