Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements related to certification, configuration, data management, and engineering processes.
• Support the development and implementation of plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory, and company requirements, maintaining configuration control.
• Collect data to monitor adherence to regulatory, data configuration, and contractual requirements; assist with audits and reviews to ensure compliance.
• Provide support for certification plans, integrated process architecture infrastructures, process models, product structure definitions, and data management processes.
• Work under supervision.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Assist the Configuration Management (CM) Lead in developing, documenting, and implementing plans and processes to ensure products meet various requirements and maintain configuration control.
• Help management achieve performance, schedule, operational efficiency, logistic support, and readiness of TS configuration items (CIs) at the lowest total life cycle cost.
• Administer CM disciplines throughout affected program performing organizations.
• Publish, implement, and administer CM procedures.
• Ensure the preparation and update of configuration records in fulfillment of PWS requirements.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED with 1-2 years of experience required; Associates degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Access and Excel)
• Savvy with computers and able to work efficiently
• Previous data management experience preferred
• Ability to scan and upload documents (CDs, etc.)
• Must be a U.S. Person with ability to obtain secret clearance
