Our client, a well-known insurance group, is looking for an Integrated Marketing Coordinator to join their team. The role is 40 hours/week, going through the end of the year but likely to be extended. It is hybrid with 2 days a week onsite in the NYC office.
The Integrated Marketing Coordinator (IMC) will play a crucial role in supporting three IMC Managers on high-priority brand campaign initiatives. This position is ideal for someone with a strategic agency or account management background and experience in large-scale brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Support IMC Managers across strategic planning and execution of brand campaign initiatives.
- Coordinate program management tasks for brand campaign launches, including asset tracking and timelines.
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Strategists, and Program Managers to ensure alignment across campaigns.
- Assist with documentation, communication, and workflow improvements to enable future planning.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Requirements
- Proven background in marketing with a strategic mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in an account/agency environment or on a strategic client team as an Account Executive.
- Familiarity with brand campaign execution and asset management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.
About the Team
This position is part of the In-House Agency, a team composed of three key functions: Account Management, Strategy, and Program Management. You will be directly supporting the IMC Managers to streamline and elevate top-priority marketing efforts.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
