Position Overview
Manatt Health is seeking a Manager to join its growing Healthcare Analytics team. This role is ideal for a professional with hands-on experience conducting quantitative analyses using Medicaid, Medicare, and other real-world healthcare data who is equally interested in applying quantitative insights to broader healthcare policy, strategy, and consulting engagements. The successful candidate will bring expertise in Medicaid and Medicare claims data analysis, strong quantitative modeling capabilities, and a deep understanding of U.S. healthcare policy, particularly Medicaid program design and financing. In addition to analytics, the Manager will be expected to provide project management, research, deck development and solutioning support on non-analytic, strategic consulting engagements across the practice including Medicaid and Medicare policy, health system strategy, life sciences market access, health data strategy and enterprise redesign, payment and delivery system transformation, and coverage and reimbursement strategies. This individual will contribute to client-facing analyses, financial forecasting models, and emerging AI-enabled analytics solutions while serving as a project manager, thought partner, and mentor within a nationally recognized healthcare consulting practice. The base pay to be offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location and will also take into account internal equity.
