Description: Futrend Technologyis looking for an NIH ORS Development Manager to join our team of industry leading professionals with significant upward promotion probability. Roles and Responsibilities:
Solution Delivery

• Manage full lifecycle web and application development projects following SCRUM Agile, CMMI methodologies
• Manage development teams including business analysts, architects, developers, and testers etc.
• Provide development and release schedule into the master schedule
• Provide LOE and cost estimates, and project management reporting on development activities
• Ensure teams to follow scrum and make recommendations and implement improvements
• Work with the program manager and team to help the team to meet SLA and customer expectations
• Work closely with the customers to improve requirement gathering, testing and support process and customer satisfaction

• Qualifications
  
• 5+ years in managing development projects
• Agile SCRUM certification required
• Must have hands on experience with software development projects
• Work experience in NIH, Federal Health IT agencies, research and academic institutions are a plus
