Larson Financial Holdings, LLC, is looking for a dedicated and motivated self-starter that has experience in the financial services industry working in the investments billing administration environment.
The Orion Administrator will be a member of the Investments team working strictly with Larson's Schwab (SAN) lines of business. This role will support the Portfolio Billing team by entering, updating, and verifying account details in Orion.
Duties/Tasks:
- Enter billing settings for new accounts for SAN
- Set up held away and consolidated billing and verify the first billing was completed
successfully - Entering missing data from custodian downloads
- Creating new accounts
- Importing alternative investment data
- Responsible for weekly sync and rollup to the SAN leadership team
- Creating Orion reports for the SAN sales teams
- Provide support for special projects, as needed
Skills and Behaviors:
- 5+ years of back-office experience
- Responsible for increasing business efficiencies within billing & Orion systems
- Intense drive to ensure high quality and minimal customer escapes.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Support other team members with their objectives and duties if needed
- Ability to work with a team of people to accomplish a common goal
- Flexible work schedule when experiencing high volumes
- Must have outstanding customer service skills
- Must be detailed oriented and problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise discretion without immediate supervision
Experience/Education:
- Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience, required
- Experience using and strong competence in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Experience with SalesForce (or equivalent CRM) and Orion preferred
