As a key member of the Creator Marketing organization, you will play a vital role in empowering creators through paid media strategies and educational resources. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend your digital advertising expertise with a passion for content creation, directly impacting the growth and success of creators.

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will:

• Manage paid campaigns, overseeing reporting, pacing, trafficking, media planning, optimization, and tag implementation.
• Collaborate with agency partners to review, track, and implement creator-facing assets across various channels, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules.
• Oversee project timelines and dependencies within a project management tool (Asana).
• Facilitate engaging live webinars, moderating discussions and addressing participant questions in real-time.
• Gather and analyze post-webinar feedback to inform future content development.
• Generate regular reports on educational content performance, tracking key metrics and contributing to business reviews.

Must-Haves:

• Experience in paid digital advertising, digital content management, and implementation within a large global enterprize organization. 
• Proven project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Asana.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
• Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools.
• College Degree
• Experience working within Asana

Nice-to-Haves:

• 1-3 years of experience, ideally including affiliate marketing.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $36.32 to $40.36 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
