Fossil Group is looking for a Planner 1 to help manage the Fossil eCommerce business. This Planner will manage the Category financial plans and bottom up sku level plans to ensure proper inventory flow for the site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in building and managing the annual/monthly level financial plans at the Category and Region level. Aligning to Sales, Margin, and Inventory goals.
  • Manage sku level inventory flow to support Inventory goals (ST%, WOS, etc). Ensure orders/receipts are delivered in time to support forecasts, flag inventory risk/opportunities
  • Run various weekly reports to analyze and communicate business performance to cross-functional partners.
  • Coordinates execution of new product launches, promotions, and marketing priorities with Brand/eCommerce merchants and Marketing teams.
  • Collaborates on pricing and promotional strategies for Fossil.com, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives to drive sales, maximize margins, and optimize inventory performance.
  • Ensures the seamless operation of the website by proactively identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner. This includes managing assortment updates and overseeing accurate pricing feeds to the site, ensuring an optimal customer experience.
  • Ad hoc special projects as needed

Your Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Retail Merchandising or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in planning or buying
  • Experience in ecommerce is a plus
  • Experience in planning with watch/jewelry/leather category is a plus
  • Driven and takes initiative
  • Self-managing and proven success in planning, buying or allocation
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Inquisitive and eager to learn
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Enterprise products
  • SAP knowledge preferred
