Job Title: RISE Program Assistant
Department: Community Services
Reports To: RISE Program Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

OVERALL PURPOSE
This role supports Case Management and Instructional team members by providing assistive case support to 
ensure compliance with program standards. Key responsibilities include tracking time and attendance,
implement prescribed individual services, support the client onboarding process, and engage new clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Program Support
    • Maintain and update client time & attendance records
    • Complete and verify client timesheets
    • Track and report client online hours
    • Obtain and record documentation for client excused absences
    • Complete weekly and/or monthly device check ins 
    • Deploy client laptops to clients upon enrollment
    • Provide basic troubleshooting assistance to clients
    • Monitor participants referred to the “take Home’ assignment component using a tracking system
    • Report assignment completion to the Case Management and Instructional teams. 
2. Participant Development
    • Organize and maintain EARN Incentive Store inventory
    • Facilitate store opening the for participants
    • Encourage clients to make decisions about using rewards to select items that meet their personal needs
3. Clerical Assistance
    • Provide front desk coverage as needed
    • Update forms, prepare mailings, and perform administrative tasks such as faxing, copying, filing, data entry, assembling binders
    • Maintain organized and accurate documentation of client records and up-to-date information
    • Run preliminary reports for team review and approval
4. Educational Resources Management
    • Prepare laptops for participant use with personalized programming
    • Training participants on proper device use and support troubleshooting
    • Maintain inventory through device check and updates
    • Report missing, damaged, or stolen equipment promptly
5. Adaptability and Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
    • Cultivate an environment focused on delivering high-quality results
    • Adapt to evolving organizational needs and contribute to strategic planning for growth 
    • Pursue opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement

OTHER DUTIES
1. Attend relevant meetings
2. Provide coverage during staff absences
3. Secure office at the end of each day, ensure lights and equipment are turned off
4. Maintain clean and organized workstation
5. Perform additional duties as requested 

SUPERVISION RECEIVED
Supervision received from RISE Program Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

    EDUCATION
    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

    EXPERIENCE AND/OR TRAINING
    • Experience in community-based programming preferred
    • Experience in an office environment preferred
