Chastang Truck Center is looking for a sharp, dependable team member to be the face of our sales office while keeping our commercial truck inventory and deal operations running at full speed. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to become a key part of one of Houston's most established commercial truck dealerships - all in one full-time position.

This is a unique, multi-functional role that combines front-desk reception, vehicle inventory coordination, and fleet sales administration into one position. You'll be the first voice customers hear and the first face they see - while also keeping our inventory records accurate in CDK, processing deal documentation, and supporting our commercial sales team. This is a unique, multi-functional role that combines front-desk reception, vehicle inventory coordination, and fleet sales administration into one position. You'll be the first voice customers hear and the first face they see - while also keeping our inventory records accurate in CDK, processing deal documentation, and supporting our commercial sales team. - Multi-line phone management, customer greeting, and front office operations
- Daily CDK inventory entries, VIN pulls, vehicle labeling, and stock board maintenance
- Fleet deal entry, sold reporting, and Assignment of Proceeds (AOP) preparation
- Bilingual customer support throughout the sales and F&I process
- Competitive hourly pay - paid bi-weekly
- Monday through Friday schedule with occasional extended hours during busy periods
- Collaborative, experienced sales team to work alongside
- Opportunity to grow your skills across inventory, sales admin, and dealership operations
