** Please Also Note: JOB SUMMARY Serves as the primary security liaison for internal clients/partners, providing professional security consultation, guidance, and education to support informed decision-making around electronic and physical security enhancements across various applications. Develops and implement security solutions, strategies, policies, and procedures that protect personnel, intellectual property, and physical assets while ensuring business continuity and operational resilience. Conducts security and vulnerability assessments, identifies risks, and recommends effective mitigation measures. Builds and maintains strong partnerships with law enforcement agencies, corporate security organizations, and external stakeholders to strengthen security capabilities and response efforts. Demonstrates the flexibility and expertise to support all areas of Corporate Security Operations, contributing across functions as required to meet organizational objectives and professional development needs. COMPETENCIES TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS JOB RESPONSIBILITIES REPORTING RELATIONSHIP Reports to the Infrastructure Protection Manager of Georgia Power Corporate Security, along with other Security Business Unit Analysts. This position has been identified as a role that will require the use of a Georgia Power fleet vehicle. The following will be required if you are selected for this position:
