Volt is seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer in Nashville, TN.

The Hardware Engineer will:
-Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to R&D, manufacturing, and customer.
-Lead HW engineers to solve the engineering issue timely.
-Analyze the failures and collaborate with R&D to find out the root cause.
-Manage and guide the transition of products into production.
-Analyze test data and help improve manufacturing process.
-Review and guide the troubleshooting/repair direction.

This is a 6-month contract opportunity in Nashville, TN.

The right candidate will have:
-BS, MS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum 5 years of professional experience
-Knowledge of/ Experience in/ Proficiency in server/storage /PC hardware architecture
-Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills and communication skills
-Experience working in manufacturing and/or product development role
-Ability to use scope to debug
-Experience in designing circuit boards is desirable

Pay range:
$36.00-$55.00/hr
