Position Information
Under the direction of an assigned manager, perform technical computer work, including install, maintenance, and troubleshooting application software, operating systems, and computer hardware within a networked computing environment. Work is performed across multiple platforms and technologies to include: analyzing, procuring, implementing, supporting, and maintaining various applications and/or systems. Provide technical leadership across a complex, multi-server and networked environment. This position functions as a lead for complex information systems administration projects and may supervise lower-level systems administrators and other technical staff during projects, as well as through mentoring opportunities

In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to:

  • Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
  • Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.
  • Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
  • Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
  • Observe applicable safety requirements, use safety equipment provided, implement appropriate safety practices at all times and report immediately any unsafe working conditions or hazards.
